Flying Start in NHS Grampian is a web based programme designed to support the transition from student to newly qualified practitioner across a wide range of professions. The programme promotes a self-directed, work-based learning approach and consists of 10 Learning Units which should be completed over 12 months.
As part of this NHS Grampian supports staff by providing INDUCTION SESSIONS and SUPPORT SESSIONS to inform and support the use of the programme to maximum effect.
