Liability: Whilst every precaution has been taken to ensure that all of the information contained in the electronic GJF is correct it is the responsibility of the general practitioner to ensure that any product selected is the most appropriate for that individual patient and the dose and length of therapy are correct.
Gpass
Important: The formulary no longer contains practice drug dictionary entries. When downloading the eGJF to Gpass it is important to check the log file, if any items appear in this window please contact - grampian.formularyteam@nhs.net, telephone Fiona on (5)56621 or your CHP/practice pharmacist for help and advice.
Do not import the file to multiple GPs, update each GP's formulary individually. If the file is imported by selecting several GPs at the same time only the first named GP will import the formulary file correctly. The second, third etc GP will import fewer and fewer items.

- December 06 GJF-acute Gpass for PPD dictionary 45 This update only applies to PPD dictionary 45 - other versions of the PPD dictionaries (PPD 43 or less) will not include all of the entries in this version of the eGJF. To save the file to your computer right-click and 'Save Target As' - ensure that the file is saved as a '.fly' file and save it as 'All Files' not a text file. Then follow the information in the 'Download instructions for eGJF-Gpass' below.

EMIS - this file is only suitable for EMIS LV - a formulary for PCS will be available soon
- e-GJF-EMIS To save the file to your computer or disk, right-click and 'Save Target As' - the file should be saved as a text file '.txt'
